· Assist Sales & Marketing Head in developing Company’s longer term and shorter term business and sales plan and give his input in reviewing / renewing the strategic plan periodically under corporate vision · Longer and shorter term business plan with clear objectives and strategy · Sales Forecasting & Planning · Preparation and implementation of annual business plan · Set sales targets for regions and branches in association withregional sales managers and Sr. Supervisors · Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly sales reports and project sales forecast / sales figures. · Devising & implementing market penetration plan · Achievement of yearly / quarterly / monthly / weekly Sales targets · New Sales / Customers Development · Develop new business / product assortment · Increase new clientele · Ensure sales growth as per agreed targets · Prepare sales activity plan to deliver growth · Managing & building sales team in the respective target markets · Make sure the team is equipped with product knowledge & pricing issues and is motivated · Set appropriate reporting channels and formats · Set targets & track product category/region wise performance · Evaluate gaps and recommend action plan · Give performance feedback and recommend sales incentives. |
