Our client, Johnson Controls is an international company that delivers products, services and solutions that increase energy efficiency and lower operating costs in buildings for more than one million customers. 

Operating from 500 branch offices in more than 150 countries, Johnson Controls is a leading provider of equipment, controls and services for heating, ventilating, air-conditioning, refrigeration and security systems. 
Johnson Controls can provide technical services at any phase of the building's life cycle, whether in the design or construction phase, commissioning a building, in need of emergency repairs or want of an energy saving preventative maintenance strategy for an existing facility.
Currently there is vacancy for Facility Manager in Johnson Controls Pakistan, following are the responsibilities and requirements:
The Position will manage the account to secure business expansion, excellence in customer satisfaction, financial, resource delivery, business delivery and deliver gross profit margins.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Optimize manpower, performances; usage of operating equipment; supplies and services.
  • Define standards for maintenance and repairs of equipment.
  • Identify, initiate and be responsible for special projects, treatments and repairs.
  • Identify, develop and address manpower needs and training and review current systems.
  • Supervise the upholding of company policy and procedures to ensure the safety, security and welfare of customer and staff, counseling staff that deviates.
  • Simplify work techniques, update new techniques, supplies and equipment, increasing efficiency and the maintenance of operational readiness of equipment and supplies.
  • Counsel staff when performance and discipline does not reach the required standards.

Requirements for the Position include:

• 5 years experience in building management with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity
• Degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Meticulous and able to work inter-dependently.
• Proactive and self-driven.
• Customer service skills.
• Communication and listening skills.
• Computer literacy skills.
• Problem solving/trouble shooting skills.
• Counseling and discipline skills.
• Basic financial & cost control abilities
