Job Title: Senior Sales Advisor - Karachi
Pay scale: Starting at 12-15,000 plus health insurance and educational support.
Timings: 6 days a week. 11:00 am to 9 pm.
Retail location: Zamzama.
Objective of role
* Help to maximise sales for the store and across wider channels
* Provide first class customer experience
* Carry out stock management and store administration processes to help
minimise risk and costs
* Grow personally and professionally as part of a dynamic business
Duties
* Greet, assist and sell to customers
* Operate Point of Sale software and handle financial transactions
* Undertake cleaning and housekeeping duties
* Assist with deliveries and stock handling as directed
* Trains store staff by reviewing and revising orientation to products and sales training materials; delivering training sessions; reviewing staff job results and learning needs with retail store manager; developing and implementing new product training.
* Evaluates competition by visiting competing stores; gathering information such as style, quality, and prices of competitive merchandise.
* orders inventory by researching emerging products; anticipating buyer interest; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt.
* Attracts customers by originating display ideas; following display suggestions or schedules; constructing or assembling display; producing merchandise displays in windows, and on sales floor.
* Promotes sales by demonstrating merchandise and products to customers.
* Helps customers by providing information; answering questions; obtaining merchandise requested; completing payment transactions; preparing merchandise for delivery.
* Prepares sales and customer relations reports by analyzing and categorizing sales information; identifying and investigating customer complaints and service suggestions.
* Ensure the security of all aspects of the store including staff, cash, IT, building and stock
* Maintains inventory by checking merchandise to determine inventory levels; anticipating customer demand.
* Prepares accurate and timely reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
* Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
* Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
*Opens and closes the store at the appropriate times
* Routinely wraps/packages and fetches products him/her self from back room, is not hesitant about getting the job done him/her self.

Sales Advisor must understand that they take full responsibility for the appropriate management of the building, all cash handling and financial reconciliation, upholding of the brand values and staff management. Full accountability during a period of on duty lies with the Senior Sales Advisor, and therefore any breach of the company standards or procedures would be addressed to the Keyholder and appropriate action taken.
Experience Required
Minimum of one year in a retail sales environment, ideally with a prestige brand Ideally experience of taking personal responsibility for an aspect of store operation
Attitude Required:
Passionate about chocolate and customer service Highly self-motivated without self-importance Warm, friendly and engaging personality
