We are seeking candidates for two positions in Retails Sales at a Large Telecom Multinational Company

Sector: Telecom

Position 1: Senior Manager Retail Sales
Number of positions: 2
Location: Peshawar (1) and Multan (1)
Salary: 185K to 375K (including car allowance)              

Essential Requirements:
-- Recent experience of working in Peshawar or Multan  
-- Recent Experience in Telecom Operator Company
-- Recent experience as Senior Manager/Manager in Retail Sales -- or similar area
-- About 10 years (or more) experience


Job Description:
-- Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
-- Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects
-- Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets
-- Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance
-- Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin

The ideal candidate should:
-- Hold an MBA Marketing degree
-- Have minimum ten years of sales experience with recent experience in managerial capacity

Location: Lahore (1) and Jhelum (1)
Salary: 125K to 250K (including car allowance)

Essential Requirements:
-- Recent experience of working in Lahore or Jhelum  
-- Recent Experience in Telecom Operator Company
-- Recent experience as Manager/Assistant Manager in Retail Sales -- or similar area
-- About 5 years (or more) experience


Job Description
-- Manage the sales channel for ensuring product availability, achieving targets and while doing so making true sales reports for the decision making of top management
-- Improving brand image and visibility of the product at the customer level.
-- Achieve assigned targets of all SKUs
-- Managing ARMs and FSO
-- Ensure availability in the assigned areas/ sub regions
-- Conduct regular Visibility & merchandizing audits.
-- Ensure Sales booking, accuracy of data and entries in RMS at least 70%

The ideal candidate should
-- Be a Graduate and/or MBA preferred
-- Have minimum five year of sales experience
