An international Humanitarian organization seeks applications for the following mentioned positions for USAID funded five years projects. Below are minimum qualification for the positions along with illustrative responsibilites and required experience.
Position: Health Information System / MEAL Officer (1 postition)
Location: Buner & Malakand
Key Areas of Accountability:
To carry out monitoring visits for data triangulation and provide technical backstopping for error free data recording; to establish, manage and strengthen Accountability to Beneficiaries mechanisms at district level, this also includes capacity building of partners on this theme; To carry out regular field monitoring of program interventions at district level and produce monitoring reports on the given format, conduct debrief sessions with relevant program staff and develop an agreed action plan; To manager complaint and feedback mechanism at district level which facilitates beneficiaries/communities to register complaints and share feedback; To maintain complaints and feedback tracking database and do follow up on complaints to reach a resolution involving relevant project/program staffs;
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelors/Master's Degree in Social/Management Sciences
2-3 years of monitoring evaluation, accountability and data management experience preferably with INGO's. Expertise in databases, MS Office and other analysis software such as SPSS.
Knowledge of local languages and culture is mandatory. Ability to ork in challenging environment, Good interpersonal and communication skills, porficient in report writing and documentation, Candidate must be a local of the area.
