Position: Customer Service Executive
Type: Permanent (Full Time)
Shift Timings: 6 PM - 3 AM PST
Min. Qualification: Graduate
Experience: Fresh - 2 Years
Location: Karachi

Job Specification/ Skills/ Personal Attributes
·         American/British/Neutral English Accent
·         Good interpersonal skills and customer service skills

Job Description/Duties/Responsibilities
·         Outbound appointment scheduling for medical practice. Ensure availability of leads and other required resources
·         Login to all client applications
·         Perform tasks as per the defined SOPs
·         Meet deadlines
·         Ensure information secrecy
·         Pre assessment of special requirements of client by operations head
·  Ensure procedures are strictly adhered to and any issues are highlighted to the supervisor/team leader
·         Delivery of day end reports
·         Check systems for daily updates
