Applications are invited for Walk-in Interview for the hiring of following project posts on contract basis for a fixed period at Sindh Archives, Information & Archives Department, Government of Sindh, holding domicile of Sindh Province for executing following ADP Schemes/Projects.

Important Instruction:

(i) The hiring shall be on contract and term-specific, i.e. co-terminus with the life of development scheme which is 3 years and / or liable to be terminated on one month notice before.

(ii) The hiring shall be on fixed monthly remuneration (inclusive of all benefits)

(iii) The place of work/duty of all categories of contractual appointees shall be entire province of Sindh.

(iv) No TA/DA shall be admissible to any candidate, either for appearing in written test or oral interview.

(v) General age relaxation upto 5 years and other types of age relaxation will be allowed as per government rules.

(vi) The candidates already in government service should apply through proper channel.

(vii) The candidate having prescribed qualification, experience for the posts should appear for interview on Wednesday, 24th April, 2013 at 9:00 AM.

(viii) Any sort of canvassing will render the candidate ineligible for hiring.

(ix) All candidates should bring their original documents on the date of interview.

(x) 2% quota for disabled will be observed selection.

(xi) The competent authority reserves the right to reject and or all application and withdraw/withhold entire process of hiring without assigning any reason and candidate(s) shall have no right to lodge any claim whatsoever, at any forum or a court of law in this regard.
