Applications and nominations are invited for the appointment of Vice Chancellor Mirpur University of Science & Technology MUST, Mirpur Azad Jammu & Kashmir, having inter alia the following attributes:
- Possess distinguished reputation as a scholar and academician having close familiarity with academic functions both in class room teaching and research.
- Experience in higher education management.
- Capability and experience of resource mobilization.
- Leadership qualities for policy making in relation to efficient and effective management of all affairs of the University.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Should have a Ph.D degree from any reputed University. Candidates with Engineering background may be given preference.
- Should have vast experience of administration and financial management.
- Both male and female candidates are eligible to apply.
Terms and Condition
Tenure
- Shall hold office during the pleasures of Chancellor/President for a term not exceeding five years.
Pay and Allowances
- Pay, privileges and allowances as currently admissible to Vice Chancellor of Public Sector Universities in Pakistan.

ii) Detailed curriculum vitae of the applicant clearly highlighting all elements of the eligibility criteria and personal attributes.
iii) List of research publications.
iv) A write up not exceeding five pages containing personal vision on managing and improvement of the University.
