Clinic Supervisor - Karachi

Introduction 

Aga Khan University Hospital invites applications for the position of Clinic Supervisor.

Responsibilities 

The incumbent will:

•Supervise the overall clinic, appointment base and urgent care services operations

•Liaison with doctors, nurses and receptionists

•Supervise out-patient management system

•Monitor cash handling activities of assigned staff members

•Manage duty roster as well as monthly overtime report

•Provide on-job training and system orientation to the new staff

•Perform audit of manual and computerized system

•Resolve patient queries by taking periodic rounds

Requirements 

Applicant should have:

•A graduate degree/MBA will be preferred

•Minimum 4 years' experience, including 2 years supervisory level experience in service industry, preferably in a health care institution

•Proficiency in computer skills

•Good cash handling skills

•Good communication and interpersonal skills

•Ability to perform multiple functions effectively

•Ability to work under pressure

•Willingness to work in shifts
