Looking for "Marketing & Sales Manager" a leading technology company - Karachi

Our client, a leading technology company looking for highly motivated, experienced professional for the position of "Marketing & Sales Manager" for their business unit/sales division. 

Qualifications: 
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales or Marketing. 
- Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in corporate, retail and institutional Sales. 
- Experience in recruiting and training sales teams. 
- Experience in creating strategy for leads, commissions and targets. 
- Superior knowledge of computers and technology. Being highly technically savvy with an understanding of brands, marketing, websites and social media is a big plus. 
- Proven ability to motivate and lead the sales team. 
- Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies. 
- Financial Planning and strategy 
- Competitive Analysis 
- Client Relationships 
- Excellent oral and written communication skills 

Core Functions: 
• Develop Sales Force: 
o Recruit, hire and train sales executives. 
o Develop a well-trained and professional sales team. 

• Set Objectives: 
o Plan, organize, direct and control your sales staff to meet these objectives. 
o Use these to help your sales executives to maximize their potential. 
o At the beginning of each month, counsel each sales person to establish realistic sales objectives for the month and action plan. 
o Establish a sales objective for each sales executive. 
o Achieve forecasted sales by following and adjusting your written plan of action. 
o Monitor each sales executive’s performance and compare it with that monthly objectives. 

• Handles complaints from customers o Constructively handles (or supervise / monitor the handling of) all customer complaints. 

• Conduct Sales Meetings o Organize and conduct sales meetings with management. 

• Targets and Governance o Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams. 

o Provides quarterly results assessments of sales staff’s productivity. 
o Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results. 
o Interprets short- and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit. 
o Control budgets for sales promotion and trade show expenses. 
o Reviews expenses and recommends economies
