Education & Experience Required: BE Electronics/Electrical preferably with MBA Minimum 07 years experience of managerial position in Industrial Marketing Core
Responsibilities: Manage daily affairs of the Business including overseeing Sales & Operations functions.
Effectively communicate with internal & external stakeholders including higher management & Principal.
Develop short & long-term Business Objectives and deliver top & bottom-line financial results.
Monitor and review of product forecasts and ensure maximum benefit through continuity of supplies.
Job Description: Operations Management Coordinate with teams to ensure effective & timely product supply with quality accessories if required Resolve issues pertaining to import, logistics, distribution or suppliers Supervise Project-related sales & after-sales activities Identify, select and conduct supplier audits and visit their facilities in case of new selection Continuously improve efficiency of Business Operations including minimizing wastage
Marketing & Sales Management Liaise with key industry personnel (architects, civil engineers and consultants) on B2B concepts Develop & maintain key relationships to create product demand
Establish strategy to grow retail sales of lighting products
Maximize product-wise growth in revenue by driving & motivating performance
Ensure maximum profitability through sales of effective product mix In-depth analysis of sales to identify areas for value addition resulting in revenue gain
Provide outstanding leadership for reportees including Marketing and Sales team Financial Control
Ensure strict financial controls in all risk areas including but not limited to Import or Procurement Manage cases of recoveries, fraud, misconduct or other issues appropriately & swiftly Identify areas for improvement and take actions to address them
Salary: PKR 100,000 – 150,000 + Performance-Based Bonus
