Job Description:
1. Co-ordinate administrative functions.
2. Coordinate with staff and support for the accomplishment of all functions on regular basis.
3. Perform daily maintenance inspection of building, equipment and other appliances.
4. Held responsible for the Security and Safety of the Unit as a whole.
5. To manage the flow of patients in the Unit.

Prime Responsibilities: 6. General outdoor work including cash purchases.
7. Keep and update record of attendance, leaves, in & out and take disciplinary actions as per directive Unit other staff related functions.
8. To provide support services in all the areas of the Unit.
9. To perform and cover emergency duties whenever needed.
10. Check and ensure proper cleanliness of the unit.
11. To solve the problems of entire staff.
12. To be responsible for handling and issuance of all the general items.
13. Monitoring in and out timings and take disciplinary actions when required.
