Pakistan Red Crescent Society, Sindh Provincial Headquarters requires applications for the following positions for qualified and dynamic candidates for appointment on purely contract basis for its Jacobabad Station:
District Program Officer: (01 Position)
General Preferences:- Master in Social Science or MBA preferably in HR and administration.
- 3 years work experience in Development Sector with Humanitarian Organization
- Self-motivated, able to work independently without daily supervision.
- Must have strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to deal with complex situations.
- He /She should be capable of managing team work, community programs, emergency response & relief works etc.
- Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity of tasks and able to take initiatives
- Volunteer Management skills.
- Good Command in written and spoken English and Computer Skills.
- Experience in Report Writing, proposals & budgets.
- Have previous experience working with non-profits and /or youth from various backgrounds
- Experience working collaboratively with community organizations, schools & youth.
- Ensure all staff members receive orientation and appropriate training in accordance with organizational standards.
- Ready to travel and stay out of station any time.
- Maximum age limit 35 years
