JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

The candidate should have the following

·         MBA/Master in Supply Chain Management from any reputable university.

·         3 to 5 years relevant working experience in retail/textile industry.

·         Must have good communication and analytical skills.

 JOB DESCRIPTION:

·         Devise strategies for managing all the resources

·         Develop a set of metrics to monitor the supply chain

·         Develop a set of pricing, delivery and payment processes with supplier

·        Managing goods, services and inventory including receiving and verifying shipments, transferring them to the manufacturing facilities and authorizing supplier payments.

·         Schedule the activities necessary for production, testing, packaging and preparation for delivery.

·       Develop a network of warehouses, pick to get products to customer and set up an invoicing system to receive payment

·         Create a responsive and flexible network for receiving defective and excess products

·         Control product quality, inventory levels, timing and expenses.

·         Develop a long term demand plan, increasing availability while reducing distribution costs

·         Review the current systems and practices, and make strategic recommendations for improved processes going forward including production introductions, order and supplier management, inventory management and distribution servicing, supporting financial management goals.

·         Review order processing systems t across regional Business Offices.

·         Develop and manage Key Performance Indicators and circulate to key teams

·         Manage inventory budgets and strive for increased cost efficiency

·         Champion all changes in operating processes in order to optimize capability

·         Review and ensure best practice in inventory management and champion inventory best practice across Europe

·         Manage the relationship with our third-party

·         Champion open and honest communication, and foster collaborative relationships with internal teams

 REMUNERATION

·         Salary Range; 50-70k

·         Company Car or Allowance and other benefits as per company policy
