Customer Service Manager - Karachi

At DHL Express, one of the business unit of DPDHL, we have the following opening in our Country Office, Karachi.
National Customer Service Manager
The individual will be leading our Customer Service department and will be directly reporting to the Managing Director. He/she will be responsible for designing, developing and executing customer service initiatives and strategies, ensuring service excellence and best-in-class service delivered to DHL Express customers, to support country business imperatives and strategic plans in alignment with DHL's global/regional strategy.

Eligibility:
- MBA or equivalent from a reputed university
Overall 10-12 years of customer service experience and 6-8 years at a managerial level. Logistics industry experience will be an added advantage

Skills Required:
- Energetic and self motivated
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent presentation and analytical skills
- Excellent team management skills
- The ability to manage customers effectively and build strong relationships
- Capable of meeting deadlines and targets in a highly challenging environment
- Well conversant with MS Outlook and MS Excel
