The Program
Extending over 12 months, our Management Trainee Officers Program is not merely hiring and grooming the most persuasive young graduates by capitalizing on their technical base achieved at universities. The quintessence of this program is to foster our values in the young flag bearers and to nurture our future leaders who are equipped with the competence and confidence to take on increasing levels of professional responsibility and excellence.
Eligibility Criteria
Fresh graduates from Higher Education Commission (HEC) / Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) accredited institutes with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 in following disciplines are eligible to apply.
- - Textile Engineering
- - Industrial Engineering
- - Mechanical Engineering
- - Electrical Engineering
- - Chemical Engineering / M.Sc Chemistry / B.Sc Chemistry (Hons.)
- - M.Sc Fiber Technology
- - MCS/BSCS
- - MBA/MPA/BS (Hons.) or equivalent
