Key Responsibilities : 
Attend calls of AL-UAN and assist customers. Acknowledging customer queries over phone and coordinate within the functional department in order to resolve their queries. Renewal calls to the customer, update their feedback and maintain log. Calls on lapse portfolio and prepare the LOG as per customer Feedback. Retention calls for telesales portfolio and prepare report. Managing return mail of customers and circulate information to the Sales team. Call customer to improve our service quality and prepare report. Call customer and perform fulfillment on telco's channels.
Competencies: 
Communication & interpersonal skills. Customer Oriented. Computer literate (MS Office).
