Retention calls for telesales portfolio and prepare report. Managing return mail of customers and circulate information to the Sales team. Call customer to improve our service quality and prepare report. Call customer and perform fulfillment on telco's channels.

Communication & interpersonal skills. Customer Oriented. Computer literate (MS Office).
