Qualification: M.A/M.Sc (in teaching subjects, as regular student with minimum 2nd Divisions) for candidates applying for the post of Principals of College.
M.A./M.Sc (in teaching subjects, as regular student with minimum 2nd Divisions) with M.Ed/B.Ed for candidates applying for the post of Principals of Public School.

Experience: Minimum 20 years experience of serving at educational institutions including 5 years experience of serving as a Principals of reputed educational institution.

Age: Between 45 to 55 years.
Relaxation in upper age limit may be granted in case of higher qualification/experience. Eligibility of candidates shall be reckoned as from the closing data fixed for the submissions of applications.

Terms & Conditions: Appointment will be on contract basis for a period of 2 years (extendable basing upon the performance of selected candidates). OPF educational institutions rules/regulations and policies issued by OPF Head Office from time to time will be applicable to selected candidates. The selected Principal can be transferred to any other OPF Institution in Pakistan.

Pay & Allowance: Negotiable fixed salary.

Staff already working at OPF educational institution may also apply for selection on open merit. The candidates who have previously applied should apply, afresh. Prescribed application forms are obtainable from the Human Resources Department. SMBBMU, Larkana on payment of Rs. 1500/- (non-refundable) for each post, through a Bank Challan or Pay Order / Bank Draft payable in favour of Vice-Chancellor, SMBBMU, LArkana at Sindh Bank Branch, Larkana. 
Application form with full particulars along with three photographs, CV (Not more than one page) One set of attested photocopies of documents such as Academic & Experience Certificates, Experience, including Domicile, PRC and NIC should reach the Director Human Resources Department, SMBBMU, Larkana or on before 15 April 2013. 
The required documents are to be submitted at the time of submission of application form and no further communication regarding short documents will be made after due date. Application(s) on plain paper and / or only CV will not be entertained.
Any fake document, Degree or Diploma, If found shall amount to criminal offense.
