Minimum Qualifications and Experience

01.	Professor	Qualification: Ph.D from HEC recognized University/Institution in the relevant field. Experience: 15-years Teaching/Research experience in the relevant field in a National or International Organization.      OR 10 years post-Ph.D Teaching/Research experience in a recognized University or a post-graduate Institute or Professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International Organization. Publications: 15 research publications (with at least 05 publications in last 5 years) in Journals of National, International  repute/HEC recognized Journal out of which two papers accepted for publication can be considered which must be published within one year period from the date of issue of acceptance letter.
02.	Associate Professor	Qualification: Ph.D in the relevant field from HEC recognized University/Institution. Experience: 10 years Teaching/Research experience in HEC recognized University or a post-graduate Institution or Professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International Organization. OR 05 years post-Ph.D Teaching/Research experience in a recognized University or a post-graduate Institute or Professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International Organization. Publications: 10 research publications (with at least 04 publications in last 5 years) in Journals of National, International  repute/HEC recognized Journal out of which two papers accepted for publication can be considered which must be published within one year period from the date of issue of acceptance letter.
03.	Assistant Professor	Qualification: Ph.D in the relevant field from HEC recognized University/Institution. No experience required.         OR Master’s degree (foreign) OR M.Phil. (Pakistan) OR equivalent degree awarded after 18 years of education in the relevant field from HEC recognized University/Institution, with 04 years Teaching/Research experience in a recognized University or a post-graduate Institution or Professional experience in the relevant field in a National or International Organization.
04.	Lecturer	Qualification: Master’s Degree/BCS/BS (16 years degree) First Class in the relevant field with no 3rd division in the academic career from HEC recognized University/Institution. (Experience not required)
	Lecturer (4-03)	Lecturer for Science and Technical Education at Faculty of Education. M.Sc/BS in Chemistry/(16 years degree) First Class with M.Ed. In the field of Science Education from HEC recognized University/Institution with no 3rd division in the academic career.
	Lecturer (4-04)	Lecturer for Distance Continuing and Computer Education at Faculty of Education. BE/BS in Computer System Engineering/Computer Science/(16 years ) First Class HEC recognized University/Institution with no 3rd division in the academic career candidate having  M.Ed./B.Ed. as additional qualification will be given preference. (Experience not required).
05.	System Analyst/Computer Programmer BPS-17	Qualification: M.Sc (Computer Science)/BCS (04 years)/BS (CS)/BS (IT)/BS (SE)/BCIT (04 Years) / MCS/MCIT/BE (SE) or equivalent with at least 2nd Class or Grade “C”. Experience:      ·         Minimum 2 Years’ experience of Computer Programming in a Recognized Organization.      ·         Knowledge and experience of Programming skills inprocedural languages/object oriented programming.      ·         Skills in database analysis, design, and coding.

Application Procedure

1. Prescribed application form for the posts B-17 and above are the obtainable from the Office of the Deputy Registrat (Admn.Teach) on Payment of Rs. 1000/-each, through a Bank challan, payable in Habib Bank LTd. Allama I.I. Kazi Campus, Jamshoro and Elsa Kazi Campus, Hyderabad.
2. Application form with full particular along with attested photo copies of CNIC, Degrees, Pass and Marks Certificates from Matriculation onwards and transcripts should reach the office of the Registrar on or before 29-03-2013.
3. The applications received after due date/Incomplete in any manner shall not be entertained and shall be rejected.
4. Applicants already in-service should apply through proper channel. Applications not received  through proper channel shall not be entertained.
5. Cadidates applying for more than one post shall submit separate application forms with required documents, complete in all respects.
6. A recent passport size photograph should be affixed onthe application form.
7. The University reserves the right of cancellation of advertised posts at any stage.
8. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in writter test/interview.
9. Canvassing in any manner will disqualify the candidate.
