A progressive
organization involved in manufacturing processes is looking for a young and
dynamic admin professional for its head office in Lahore.
Deputy Manager Admin - MBA with minimum 3 years
of CORE admin experience in following tasks
1. Company Vehicles Management (Sales, Purchase,
Maintenance, Pool Cars etc).
2. Purchase of routine office items e.g.
stationary, eatables, computer hardware, furniture and fixtures (Maintenance
and Service Management)
3. Supervision of admin staff, housekeeping,
kitchen, front desk, support services, maintenance staff etc
4. Daily and Monthly analysis and reporting of
expenses, services, utilities and other costs.
5. Travel, Guest Relations and Protocol
Assignments within head office and between head office and factory/other office
locations.
Note: Salary range is upto 35 to 45 K. Only
