Sapphire Fibres Ltd. is one of the largest textile groups in Pakistan with a history of more than four decades. SAPPHIRE FIBRES LTD. is looking for suitable candidates for the following positions:
ASSISTANT MANAGER ORG. DEVELOPMENT
(2 positions - 1 based in Lahore Head Office and 1 based at Raiwind Manga Road Unit)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in developing and implementing the following:
- 
Job Analysis and Descriptions
- 
Performance Management System
- Succession Planning
- Employee Development Strategy
- Policy Development
- Policy Management & Implementation
- 
Employee Engagement Plan

REQUIREMENTS:
Suitable candidate must fulfill the following criteria:
- MBA from a reputable HEC recognized university
- At least 03 years of relevant experience of 
organizational development
- Proficient in MS Office particularly in 
MS Word, Excel and Power Point
