TUV Austria Bureau of
Inspections & Certifications (Pvt.) Ltd. (TUVAT BIC), a multinational firm,
is looking for an HR Assistant to join our Karachi Office. The successful
candidate will assist the Head of Department achieve organizational goals and
targets. Our business has grown exponentially in the last few years and
consequently has the need for support staff to ensure our inspectors & auditors
achieve their goals. The role will chiefly require you to: • source and screen
qualified candidates against vacancies • develop standard memorandum for
advertising job posts • manage employee relations • negotiate salaries with
potential employees • maintain employee database and other HR material
(handbook, employee book) • execute day to day HR functions (payroll,
disciplinary action, internal correspondence) • analyze population needs and
maintain a healthy pipeline of suitable candidates • help develop an ERP
solution, Psychometric test and other relevant tests/evaluation mechanisms •
maintain employee information and conduct background checks • assist in
reviewing, formulating and implementing policy An ideal candidate will have: •
2-4 years experience of working in a similar capacity • relevant qualifications
(preferred) • the capacity to take challenges head-on • a ‘go getter’ attitude
• a considerably huge appetite for work and growth • exceptional writing skills
and should be able to effectively communicate in both English and Urdu.
