Customer Relationships Executive - Karachi/Lahore/Multan
UBL is looking for
1. Customer Relationship Executive – Karachi & Lahore: The incumbent would be responsible for handling all client queries, client servicing, complaint handling and sales support which includes deepening client portfolios.
2. Customer Relationship Executive/Processor – Multan: The incumbent would be responsible for handling all client queries, client servicing, complaint handling, sales support (which includes deepening client portfolios) and all operational matters i.e. processing of application forms.
The ideal candidate would be having Bachelor Degree from HEC recognized University/Institute with at least 02 year experience in retail & sales of a reputed financial institution would be preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.

Customer Relationship Manager for a trading Industry.
Location: Karachi
Qualification: MBA (Marketing) from a reputable university
Experience: Minimum 3 years in any export oriented firm
Responsibilities & Authorities:
Manage customer arrivals to maximize relationship building opportunities.
Improving the overall customer relationship, delivering reliable administrative support and customer service to global clients.
Finding out what information, products or services the customer requires to meet his/her needs, providing clear, accurate and relevant information.
