Technical Support Executive - Karachi

Summary:
  1. ·         Must have very strong verbal communications Skill and good interpersonal skills.
  2. ·         Excellent troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge is a must.
  3. ·         Basic Knowledge of Networking.
  4. ·         Ability to work different shifts in a 24x7 environment.
  5. ·         Excellent analytical skills.
  6. ·         CCNA or equivalent hands on experience preferred. 
  7. ·         Answer all incoming technical support calls in queue with appropriate opening script, log all calls, walk customers though the trouble shooting steps.
  8. ·         Troubleshoot Internet connectivity, browser configurations, personal firewalls, email issues, VPN Connectivity and TCP/IP issues.
  9. ·         Troubleshoot LAN, WLAN, DSL, TCP/IP,DNS
  10. ·         Responsible for handling customer calls with a positive problem-solving attitude.
  11. ·         Provide input for troubleshooting procedures and diagnostic tools
  12. ·         Properly document all calls in CRM.
  13. ·         May also perform additional duties such as; preventative maintenance and or other IT services.
