MANAGEMENT TRAINEE OFFICERS - Lahore
A scheduled Bank with Head office at Lahore is Looking for promising young, experience individuals aspiring to build their career in financial sector to be inducted as “ Management Trainee Officers (MTOs): the Bank provides excellent learning environment and opportunities or career growth.
Name of Post:
MTOs with Experience.
Place of Positing:
Head Office (After 1 month’s training).
No. of Post / Type of Post:
2 Posts (1 each or HR & Legal).
Stipend / Remuneration:
Rs. 17,500/- per month during training and after successful completion of training Rs. 35,000/- per month lump sum.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Both men and women Fulfilling the following requirements:-
1 Nationality: Pakistan.
2 Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Business Administration (for the post of HR), and LLM (for the post of Legal) with at least 3.00 CGPA (on the scale of 4.00) in aggregate or equivalent form a recognized University approved by Higher Education Commission (HEC).
3 Age: 28 years (As on last date or submitting applications). However, in the case of Bank employees already serving up to any age.
4 Experience: Minimum 3 years on relevant post i.e. HR/Legal in a commercial Bank.
5 Proficiency in use of Computer will e treated as an added advantage.
METHOD OF SELECTION:
1 Only short listed candidates will be called for lest, group discussion and interview.
2 Final selection will e made strictly on merit on the basis of marks obtained in the written test, group discussion and interview.
3 Selected candidates will be on contract initially or a period of three years extendable on mutual consent. May be absorbed in regular cadre on performance basis.
4 On appointment in the Bank the inductee is required to serve any where in Pakistan.
5 The selected candidates will have to submit three years bond of service and incase of non-compliance at any stage they will have to pay total training cost plus Rs. 2,00/000/-.
6 No TA/DA will be admissible.
