Basic Function
- Handling telephonic queries/complaints and problem resolution for customers.
- Following up with customers on running complaints and closed issues.
- Coordination with Operations on Customer Complaints and other issues.
Person's Specification
- Should be a Graduate
- Excellent Spoken & Written Communication Skills
- Flair of facilitating customers
- Well versed with computer applications
- Minimum 1 year work experience of similar job
- Flexible and ability to work in all shifts and long hours effectively

Dot net Developer
Qualification: BCS/MCS, BSc/BCom + Diploma in computer science
Experience: 1-2 years in desk-top/web application/ software development
