PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE | · MBA with 10 years or more experience with an established track record in sales management experience for global, national, or key strategic account business. · Demonstrated skill in working successfully as a team member with a diverse group of people. · Capable of establishing and meeting goals and objectives for the sales force and distributors. · Ability to work effectively with computer programs—Microsoft Office. · Willing to travel at least 50% of the time. · In depth knowledge of Afghan Retail Markets - Preferable |
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES | · Hire, manage and train our growing sales force. · Manage the relationship with the existing distributors. · Coordinate territory seminars, which are key selling tools for the existing and prospective customers. · Develop annual sales budgets and ensure that they are met when approved. · Develop and monitor the sales expense budget. · Develop a strong partnership with the distributors and key customers and initiate joint marketing opportunities. · Coordinate closely with the marketing department to ensure the sales force has the materials and information that it requires to promote our products and services. · Attend quarterly management meetings and present our companies' sales performance against budget and make recommendations as required to ensure the future success. |
