ASSISTANT MANAGER CHANNEL DEVELOPMENT
Scope
Develop alternative delivery sales channels focusing on utilizing POS
system tapping new markets. Manage project plan, timelines and
implementation of tasks involved in channel launch.
Key Responsibilities
. Developing innovative alternate delivery channels to reach new
markets.
. Developing strong relationships potential distributors.
. Formalizing agreements with partners while working closely with
Actuarial, Underwriting and Operations.
. Introducing new products ideas that can be launched through ADCs.
. Developing processes that are in line with Channel dynamics.
. Preparing and delivering presentations to potential channel partners
that would lead to closing deals.
Key Requirements
. Bachelors' degree with 3-4 years of experience in Sales.
. Channels and Product Development.
. Team Management and building.
. Process knowledge.
. Project Coordination.
. Strong communication and presentation skills.
