PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE | · Masters with a minimum of at least 3-5 years working within an FMCG multinational with experience within sales, key accounts and trade marketing. · Indepth market info and prior working experience in the same territory - Preferable · Must have track record of working with distributors as well as more general business management skills within a multinational environment. · A strong leader who has excellent communication skillsand a proven track record of managing sales fundamentals and driving volume growth and profitability. |
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES | · Responsible for managing the distributor sales and marketing plans for the total market. · Manage store visits, key account visits, negotiate in store sales fundamentals wins, new listings, new promotions, trade spend and merchandising. · Play a critical role in driving the volume sell in and sell out through the distributors, driving their capability and building a strong relationship at all levels of the distributor and the key accounts. · Monitor channel opportunities and carry out market research opportunities to understand the competitive landscape and protect and drive brand share upwards. · Prepare internal reports and presentations to the manager for the total market as well as the directors on a monthly basis outlining action plans status and progress with the business. |
