Job Description
Provides general support to all Company units, ensuring the effective implementation and uphold of Company policies, processes and practices. Supports management to attain a positive and productive work environment that allows company growth.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Define communication channels and controls to carry out policies to establish a proper flow of information at all levels of the organization
2. Design, implement HR programs that meets Company needs
3. Implement salary policy ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness
4. On-time and accurate personnel administration to meet employee needs, Company requirements, legal compliance and safety regulations
5. Link Annual Operating Plan (AOP) objective to align individual performance to business outcome
6. Implementing strategies to ensure effective employee relations, business growth, without constraints.
7. Communicate Company Code of Conduct to all employees on regular basis.
8. Facilitates a positive, productive and safe work environment at the front line...an exciting and rewarding place to work.
9. Fosters teamwork within Company through team building activities.
10. Manage the internal communications process and recognition programs
12. Develops manpower planning, staffing and training & development plans (AOP)
13. Supervise and develop her team to fulfill business requirement.
14. Maintain annual operating plan (AOP) in his dept/area.

- Masters Degree in Business/Public/General Administration with major in Human Resources.
