REQUIRED- PRODUCT MANAGER-PHARMA-KARACHI

A Well reputed National Pharmaceutical company based at Karachi is looking for a PRODUCT MANAGER. The incumbent should be responsible for the following.
Responsibilities:
• To develop & execute innovative marketing programs, campaigns and tactical plan through effective allocation of set resources.
• Coordinate with HO departments and external vendors for all activities related to Product Management.
• Facilitate and ensure successful launch of new products by identifying market opportunities and developing quarterly Marketing plan.
• Develop key customers and maintain a close working relationship with the Filed Force.
• Conduct SPM, Induction training program and other refresher courses for filed force in coordination with training department.
Skill:
• Team Player and have the ability to to work with the cross functional teams.
• Can work under limited supervision with the ability to manage and lead the teams.
• Proactive approach in problem solving and devise creative solutions.
Qualification:

M.B.B.S/B. Pharmacy/Masters in Biological Sciences. MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage.
Experience:
2 years experience in Product Management of Cardiology & Diabetic Segment.
