Skills:
§  Ability to type 40 words per minute.
§  The ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing.
§  Energy and Willingness.
§  Customer Service Orientation.

Job Description:
§  Required to enter data into the system
§  Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered.
§  Store completed documents in appropriate locations.
§  Select materials needed to complete work assignments.
§  Receive, Direct and Relay Telephone Messages..
§  Direct Clients and the General Public to the appropriate Staff Member.
§  Respond to Public Inquiries.
§  Open and date stamp all General Correspondence.
§  Maintain the General Filing System and File All Correspondence.
§  Ensures that confidentiality of data collected and stored is maintained.
