Business Analyst / Project Coordinator Required

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Principal Executive of the operational office charged with the responsibility of managing and directing the day-to-day activities of the company:

* Conceive and develop a "living" capture/work plan that details the expected output to accomplish the overall goals of the company.
* Prepare planning objectives that address company capabilities and objectives relative to customer needs and requirements.
*Assess the existing competition, validate specific opportunities and outline marketing tactics and resources (money and personnel) requirements.
* Author through the work plan the company roadmap, defining schedules, key decision points, pressure points and critical paths.
* Develop a risk mitigation strategy of the critical path of success.
* Participating in recruitment and selection processes relevant to the project implementation
* Identify additional possible sources of funding for project implementation and in resource mobilization activities and efforts

2. Manage administrative and operational tasks:

* Effectively manage project's expenditure, providing total transparency to management.
* Supervise administrative activities as required
* Manage operational matters as required by the project such as procurement, logistics etc.

3. Establishment and maintenance of external relations:

* Build strong, trusting and durable partnership with local and international stakeholders

4. Supervision of project staff:

* Establishment of roles and responsibilities of the project team to accomplish the company's plan
* Maintain oversight and implementation of daily activities in office/field
* Ensure routine and complete reporting to management staff.
* Provision of guidance and orientation to project staff when needed

Education:

* Master's Degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, International Relations, Political Science or related field

Experience:

* Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in project management with a recognized NGO; Should have experience of dealing with public sector organizations.

Language Requirements:

* Fluency in English is essential;
