Position Title: Project Manager Insurance
Location: Islamabad
Salary: Around 175k (company can be flexible based on candidate profile)

Experience: 4 years (or more) of relevant experience
Position Purpose:
Project Manager for the Insurance/Savings product under the MMU grant.
The incumbent will be responsible for Insurance Business Area.
Functional Skills/ Knowledge Areas
· Project Management
· Understanding of financial products (specially savings and insurance)
· Product development and management
· Sales and Marketing
Experience: 4 years (or more) of relevant experience
Preferred Education & Professional Qualification:
MBA + Engineering (preferred)
Key Responsibilities
1. Take to market strategy, planning and product design
a. Research
b. Segmentation approach
c. Identification of value proposition and needs analysis
d. Product design
i. Where, how, what
ii. Must comply with regulations
iii. Testing
e. Technical design
f. Process design and development
g. Product pricing
h. Distribution
i. Branding
j. Call Centre and Service
k. Recommendation of new business areas, functionality etc.
2. Value Chain and Partnerships
a. Partners and partnership model
b. Partner management
3. Launch management
a. Launch timing
b. Marketing approach (aligned with other FS products)
i. ATL, BTL
c. Launch product to meet value proposition
d. Pre-launch QA
4. Business financial planning
a. Business case, signed off by all relevant parts of the value chain
5. Project Planning/Management
a. Steercom updates
b. MMU updates and reporting
c. Management of launch project schedules, launch risk management,
budget management
6. Post-launch
a. Responsible for post-launch activities and co-ordination of the
product to achieve revenues
7. Manage direct reportees
8. Product leadership
