1.      Project Manager/ Team Lead:
 
Job Responsibilities:
The person will be responsible for all IT related work (project /enhancement /support), he will make all decisions regarding team assignments of staff and skill set requirement.  Lead a number of software Engineers, provide effective leadership, ensuring delivery to agreed timescales and costs. Provide expert review of software design and specification.
 
Job Specification :
·         Master's or Higher Degree preferably in Computer Science.
* 4 + Years of post qualification experience in the I.T Industry.
* Experiencein software development
* Business versus  technical attitude, knowledge
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Good leadership skills are beneficial.
* Ability to work in a  team environment
* Ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneou sly.
2.      Sr. Software Engineer /Team Lead.
Job Responsibilities:
·         Participate and coordinate in the Development of & implementation of smart client application.
·         Maintain support and ensure that the day-today operation runs smoothly.
·         Manage and support a team of developers.
·         Participate in the development and enhancement of systems.
·         Play an important role in the full SDLC.
 
Job Specification
·         BCS /MCS in Computer Science with experience in .Net programming ranging from 2 to 3 years.
·         Dotnet programming ( Windows form based and ASP.Net web-services)
·         VB.Net or C#.NET
·         Understanding of Microsoft SQL Server 2000 0r 2005
·         Willing to re-locate ( may be required to travel internationally)
 
3.      Software Engineer
 
This is a Junior level position for those that seeks the thrill in software development and wants to learn and expand their knowledge.
 
Job Responsibilities:
·         Proper understanding  of programming Logic and data structure is a must.
·         Be enthusiastic about the industry and keen to learn.
·         Should be able to work independently.
·         Ambitious with drive and hardworking etc.

Requirements:

4.       Microsoft Great Plains Techno-Functional Consultant
Implement, deploy and manage the leading enterprise resource planning for Microsoft technologies based Business Solutions
* Ability to perform project tasks, conduct and document client customizations and/or business process analysis project.
* Able & willing to participate in the sales process utilizing skills in the solution consulting/pre- sales engineer role to augment existing team.
* Fluent English is must.
* Technical skills: Data analysis, report writing, SQL, Databases: ORACLE, SQL Server
* Other desirable skills: Crystal Reports, SQL.
* Experience with business application software (ERP, CRM, etc) and business processes analysis
* Project management experience

* Provide Microsoft Dynamics GP Functional Support to development team for the integration of GP and PCIS.
* Deployment of Microsoft Dynamics GP at client side.
* Process documentation of GP and PCIs integration.

5.      Customer Support Representative:
 Main Responsibilities:
·         Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both           promptly and accurately.
·         Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, assess and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer where applicableto prevent the need for future contacts and document the interaction through contact tracking.
·         Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to: software issues, training issues, and system troubleshooting.
 
JOB SPECIFICATION
* 1 + years of experience in a Telemarketing / Customer Service or help desk capacity required. American accent is must.
* PC and IP trouble shooting experience a plus.
* Knowledge of technical support issues related to Internet connectivity.
* Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers.
* Strong decision making and analytical abilities.
* Ability to troubleshoot customer issues both face to face and over the phone.
* Strong detail orientation and communication / listening skills.
·         Willingness to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, possible holidays
6.      Content Writer + Graphic Designer
·         The Copywriter will be responsible for content creation across the company's marketing efforts including website content, press releases, product marketing briefs, and emails. The role involves a significant amount of manual writing with the ability to drive the structure and best practices for our content. The candidate should have ability to work in all kinds of writing styles. Should possess adequate graphic designing skills.  Should have hands on experience with Photoshop and Flash.
Job Specification :
 
·         BS-CS / BBA- MIS / BBA with 1 + year experience could be there. Fresh candidates with excellent writing skills, energy and self motivation could also apply.
 
 
 7.      Software Quality Assurance Engineer ( SQA)
 
·         Thorough understating of QA and Software Testing processes.
·         Familiarity with test plans and test cases.
·         Performing automated Performance / stability testing and collecting the benchmarking metrics.
·         Able to handle multiple assignments / projects simultaneously.
Skill Required:
·         Knowledge of SQA activities and automation tools.
·         Technical documentation skills.
·         Able to communicate in English both verbally and in writing.
·         Good analytical skill with professional attitude.
·         Detailed understanding of entire SDLC
·         Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadline.
·         Experience in using configuration management tools, defects tracking tools.
·         Debugging tools and testing tools.
·         Be able to work in the evening and night shifts ( As and when required)
