BUILDING MANAGEMENT TECHNICIANS – WANTED
 

A renowned industrial group requires services of the following technical staff for its under construction high-rise office building:

Qualification

Experience

1.

HVAC Supervisor

Diploma / B. Tech

(Mechanical / Refrigeration)

8 years experience of erection, operation and maintenance of HVAC Plant Equipment. Experience of Absorption & Air Cooled Screw Chiller is essential.

2.

HVAC Plant Operator

Diploma

(Mechanical / Refrigeration)

5 years experience of operations & maintenance of HVAC Plant

Equipment. Experience of Absorption &  Air Cooled Screw Chiller is essential.

3.

Power House Shift In-charge & Asst. Shift In-charge

Diploma

(Mechanical/Electrical)

5 years experience of  operations & maintenance of Diesel /Gas Power Plant. Experience of CAT/GE Jenbacher Gen set is preferred.

4.

Industrial Electrician

Diploma Electrical

10 years experience as Industrial Electrician also familiar with building installation. Must be a license holder electrician.

5.

Mechanical Fitter

Diploma  / B  Tech

(Mechanical / Refrigeration)

8 Years experience of erection, installation, operation & maintenance of HVAC and/or Power Plant Equipment.  

6.

Plumber                            

Diploma

(Mechanical / Refrigeration)

10 years installation & maintenance experience as Plumber. Experience of 5 Star hotel/Building Engineering is preferred.

The above staff shall be responsible initially for the project management and later for the operations and maintenance of the building.
