BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – LAHORE

 

We invite applications for the position of Business Development Manager for our Lahore  office from competent and energetic individuals, who are passionate towards career advancement and brings credentials for job enrichment.

 

The position will mainly be responsible for:

 

·         Manages existing accounts base of assigned territory and new Customer Acquisition

·         Conducts extensive market research prior to making new sales calls

·         Analyses the economic conditions, surrounding business activities such as industry trends and competition

·         Develops relationship with existing clientele to encourage the use of all TCS products and services

·         Maintains close coordination with sales & accounts department

·         Develops territory plans to achieve sales objectivities

·         Partners with other departments like Operations, Customer Services, IT and Accounts to resolve customer's queries and complaints

·         Networks with other businesspeople; establishes a support group

·         Ensures continuous follow-up with customer for payment collection, through Business Development Executives.

·         Prepares sales and recovery plans for Business Development Executives.
