One of our Clients is looking for Manager Telecom - SCADA for the following role.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE	·         Bachelors Degree in Electronics/ Computer Systems Engineering with at least 18 years of experience in supervising and maintaining Telecommunication & SCADA systems in a large industry. ·         Knowledge of managing online pipeline operations, communication setup and computer systems related to telecommunication such as telephone, fax, VHF radio, pager system, fiber optic/ microwave system etc.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES	·         Responsible for managing Telecom and SCADA systems providing communication and monitoring pipeline operations through a wide range of instrumentation, communication and computer systems. ·         Facilitating telecommunication in and between all the company facilities. ·         Monitor critical operating parameters of Telecommunication & SCADA systems to ensure uninterrupted communications and data acquisition and timely attendance of critical signals. ·         Review maintenance need of telecommunication hardware and software, develop maintenance schedule, review and approve procurement order of equipment, spares and software. ·         Coordinate with Pipeline Operations, Technical, P/L Maintenance and S&T departments to resolve operational problems. ·         Prepare budget for department, schedule of expenses, maintain pertinent record, analyze variances and take corrective action accordingly.
