We are looking for candidates for the position of Consultant Corporate Social Responsibility
at a Large Multinational Company.
Position Title: Consultant Corporate Social Responsibility
Company Type: Large Multinational Company
Position Location: Islamabad
Salary: 180K to 220K -- may vary
Essential Requirements:
--About 7 years (or more) years work experience


--Recent experience in International Organization or International NGO
OR Recent experience in Corporate Social Responsibility with a Multinational Company

-- Recent experience in Development Sector required
-- Experience of Resource Mobilization (getting money from Donors) required
-- Experience in the Education area preferred
Other Requirements/Preferences
-- Degree(s)/Major(s): Masters in Development Studies, Social Sciences
or related field
-- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience at program planning and
policy level in development in general and education sector in
specific
-- Experience of managing development projects at federal and provincial level
-- Proven record of planning and implementing resource mobilization
strategy for development projects
-- Proven record of successfully securing resources for development
projects from resident donors in Pakistan
-- Well-versed in strategic planning
-- Experience of working in the public sector, with the Donors or the UN system
-- Ability to network internationally and nationally to bring examples
of best practices to the job
Position Purpose:
-- Responsible for identifying, implementing and maintaining internal
and external programs/projects that deliver sustainable benefits to
the target/selected community through the company Trust.
Key Responsibilities:
-- Design and execute detailed agreements between company and all
partners for the Trust’s program, in collaboration with Legal and
Procurement Departments
-- Liase with legal and finance teams to set up the Trust
-- Liaise with partner NGOs, and government partner bodies to execute
effective three-party model for the program
-- Prepare work plan for the program
-- Establish program and monitoring & evaluation teams representing
all key partners documenting their roles and responsibilites
-- Ensure that the program is efficiently executed as per agreed upon
time-lines and deliverables
-- Participate in the planning and implementation of CSR strategy,
policies, programs and procedures
-- Represent corporate citizenship strategy with senior leadership
functions to drive integration and
accountability as critical component of business success
-- Support the CR team in influencing and inspiring others to take
action and ensuring broad-based support for corporate responsibility
-- Represent the company in public forums to improve stakeholder
relations and corporate reputation
-- Identify risks and opportunities to the business based on
stakeholder expectations and recommend proactive mitigation and
response strategies
Internal working relationships:
-- Work with, communicate, influence and build consensus among senior
leadership across the company to advance corporate citizenship
policies and programs
-- Build trusting internal relationships as a central point of contact
and expert in corporate citizenship decision- making regarding issues
affecting company stakeholders and reputation across businesses
(supply chain management, stakeholder relations, environmental
affairs, etc-)
External working relationships:
-- Build strong trusting relationships with key external stakeholders
such as donors, community groups, NGOs, policymakers, media, etc.
-- Build and maintain a healthy and cooperative network of peer
counterparts in other organizations useful for gathering information
and sharing ideas regarding corporate citizenship
-- Represent the company and maintain active participation in
well-regarded professional organizations that focus on corporate
citizenship
Functional Skills and Knowledge Area:
-- Strategic planner with skill set to influence and lead. A creative
thinker who can materialize the CSR vision of the organization
-- Experience dealing with complex and development/social issues
included under the corporate citizenship umbrella - globalization,
sustainability, multi-stakeholder partnerships, community involvement,
human rights, sustainable supply chain management, climate change,
disaster-management, etc.
-- High level of appreciation for and ability to conceptualize crucial
stakeholder relationships
-- Strong project management and team building skills
