We are looking for candidates for the position of Regional Sales
Manager for a large Telecom Multinational company.

Company Sector: Telecom
Position Title: Regional Sales Manager
Position Location: Lahore
Salary: 162.5K to 202.5K (This figure includes a 27.5K car allowance)
Additional benefits include:
Fuel 150 liters + Cell allowance 2.5K + OPD + Healthcare for family
and parents + Group life insurance of Rs 3 Million + gratuity benefit
+  2 to 3 salary bonus per year

Essential Requirements:
-- Recent experience in Lahore
-- Recent experience of working in Telecom Cell Phone Companies or
Telecom Wi-Max Companies
-- Experience of working as Regional Sales Manager (or similar role of
consumer sales -- NOT corporate sales)


Other Required/Preferred:
-- Experience working with Distributors
-- Pure Sales Experience required (Work for this position involves
SME/Residential sales)

Job Summary:
-- He/she is responsible for the direction and management of all sales
and business development operations, including market competitiveness,
pricing, compensation, and distribution and channel strategy.
-- This position may include responsibility for business development.
-- The RSM will drive the company’s achievement of its customer
acquisition and revenue goals.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Includes the following.  Other duties may be assigned.
-- Conduct residential & small business consultations to win new clients
-- Maintain client contact/Quality control visits
-- Manage and implement creative marketing to expand client base
-- Handling all issues pertaining to the operation and success of the business.
-- Establishing excellent relationships with mutually beneficial
parties and vendors.
-- Driving the business forward and winning business.
-- Responsible for the coaching, development and management of the
team to ensure that the negotiators deliver against targets.
-- Responsibility for the recruitment, training and motivation of all
members of staff.
-- Setting and monitoring targets.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
-- Delivering on sales volume & value objectives
-- Productivity for each alliance (assigned)  targets

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
