We are looking for candidates for the position of Regional Assistant

Manager Marketing Operations & Activation for a large Telecom
Multinational company.

Position Title: Regional Assistant Manager Marketing Operations & Activation
Reporting to: Head of Marketing Operations & Activation

Essential Requirements:
-- 4 years (or more) experience in Marketing Operations or Activation

-- Experience of Telecom Operator, Telecom Wi-Max, or FMCG company


Job Description:
-- Retail visibility – merchandising of retail outlets with innovative ideas
-- Outdoor visibility – OOH, Fascias, Wall Chalking etc
-- Execution of campaigns – OOH blitz and campaign skin changes
-- Corporate Branding – Service Centers, Franchisees, Call Centers,
Company Offices
-- Handling the distribution of collateral – Posters, flyers, danglers etc
-- Providing support to all departments of company in terms of branding
-- Liaison with the vendors and procurement for deliverables
-- Ensuring timelines of execution and delivery
-- Handling of taxation issues
-- Providing feedback on market dynamics, competitor activity
-- Market audit – retail, visibility and competitors
-- Venue branding and handling sponsorships
-- Event Management
-- Development of action plans for execution and market penetration

 The ideal candidate should:

-- Preferably 4+ years of experience in field of activation +
marketing operations.
-- Education MBA preferable
