We are looking for candidates for the position of Assistant Manager GEO Marketing Analysis & Research at a large Telecom Multinational Company.

Position Title:  Assistant Manager Geomarketing Analysis & Research
Location: Lahore

Essential Requirements:
-- Experience at Telecom Operator company
-- About 2 to 3 years work experience
-- Experience of working currently in:
Geomarketing
OR Business Analysis and Planning 
OR Pricing 
Job Objective:
-- Process owner of Geo Marketing function of the company
-- Commercially optimize CAPEX (Existing and future investment) and OPEX (Revenue and network utilization) on geo marketing principles

Main Responsibilities:
-- Perform the following core activities:
-- Integration of Geographical intelligence into all of company’s marketing aspects
including sales and distribution
– Any aspect of the marketing mix – the Product, Price, Promotion, or Place
(geo targeting).
– Market Segmentation
-- Objectively manage and plan network expansion
-- Campaign design for underutilized regions and Districts to increase the traffic.
-- Run & Control demand based site selection whereas the territory/area/location is the fundamental factor
-- Using Geo-location information and Digital maps is the key.
-- Regular monitoring of cluster wise utilization and share the updated report twice a month.
-- Preparing and delivering daily, bi-weekly and monthly reports to be presented to
the management encompassing network traffic, Network utilization, City Utilization,Cluster Utilization, VLR subs track record and subscriber analysis.
-- Responsible for business case development for newly integrated sites , Repeater
installation ,LBC campaigns
-- Responsibilities include preparation of business cases for expansion plans, conducting joint surveys of short-listed destinations, development of business proposals for indoor solutions, post launch evaluation and conducting business
analysis for ad-hoc projects
-- Regular visits of underutilized clusters/districts for coverage check before launch of
the campaign.

Key Performance Indicators:
-- Performing detailed analysis of all company Launched cities & Clusters for better Utilization.
-- Up to date competition analysis
-- Coherent and result oriented Geo Marketing Strategy

Knowledge/ Experience/ Skill:
-- Education Required:
-- MBA
-- Bachelors in Engineering/ Computer sciences

Experience Required:
-- 2-3 years of experience in responsible Multinational organization in a related field and a proven ability to
communicate verbally effectively with stakeholders.
-- Excellent telecom market knowledge and understanding of market tariffs.
-- Strong technical background.
-- Hand on experience in Using Google Earth & Map Info

Skill Set Required
-- Strong command over Ms, Excel, Power point & Microsoft Word.
-- Outstanding written & verbal communication skills.
-- Knowledge of statistical analysis (regression & correlation
analysis)
-- Good analytical & problem solving skills.
-- Ability to manage team dynamics & work independently
-- Excellent planning & organization skills
-- Proactive approach & willingness to take ownership of issues
