Job Description
-- Manage configuration of enterprise mobile product plans
-- Manage end to end post-paid/prepaid products and customer lifecycle
-- Develop acquisition strategies for Corporate, SME, SOHO customers
-- Ensure profitability of voice/GSM sub-segments
-- Lead and monitor customer rewards initiatives
-- Coordinate with segment teams across the corporate division to achieve targets
Essential Skills:
-- Should possess sound product design knowledge
-- Should possess good analytical skills
-- Should have an intensive service delivery approach
-- Should have strong communication and negotiation skills
-- Should be proficient in operating MS Office Suite; especially in MS Excel
Desirable Skills:
-- Should have knowledge of branding, channel management and pricing
-- Should possess an understanding of customer and product data and related applications
-- Should possess an understanding of the telecom market, new technologies and handsets
