We are seeking candidates for the Regional Sales Manager position at a

Large Multinational Company

Position Title: Regional Sales Manager

Company Sector: Telecom

Salary: 100K to 145K (depending on prior experience)

Location: Sukkar

Essential Requirements:

-- Experience of Telecom operator or Wi-Max company or FMCG

-- Currently working in Sukkar -- or other cities in Sindh province (e.g. Hyderabad, Karachi, etc) 

-- Minimum 4 to 5 years work experience 

-- Currently at Manager/Regional Manager level -- or one step below.

Job Objective:

-- To ensure all sales & distribution targets, stock rationalization,

and sales execution for all sales channels in line with company

objectives

Main Responsibilities:

-- Achievement of Sales Targets on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis for

prepaid and postpaid

-- Achievement of scratch card/ezeeLOAD/payphone targets on

monthly/quarterly/yearly basis

-- Retail Penetration targets (will Change from time to time) of

baseline of Retail Universe for the region on a monthly basis

-- Availability of POS material/Marketing Collateral in the registered

retail outlets of region

-- At least one visit to all franchises of the region every month

Key Performance Indicators:

-- Action plans for all sales operations

-- Development of retail channels

-- Overall analysis & improvements of all Sales & Distribution Channels

-- Increase operational efficiencies

-- Delivery and implementation of new business ideas from a Sales perspective

Knowledge/ Experience/ Skill required:

Education Required:

-- MBA from a reputed university

Experience Required:

-- 4-5 years

Skill Set Required

-- Strong working knowledge about Telco industry, trends, and strong

analytical skills

-- Good communication and management skills

-- Excellent relationship building skills and ability to influence at all levels
