Applications are invited from Pakistani Citizens on prescribed forms available from the office of the Registrar, Bacha Khan University, Charsadda for appointment against the following regular positions in BPS fulfilling the qualifications and experience as noted against each as under:

1. Assistant Registrar Meetings (BPS-17) - Vacancy: 01

First Class Master's Degree/L.L.B from a HEC recognized University OR 2nd Class Master Degree/LLB from a HEC recognized University with 5 years experience in Administration in BPS-16 or above Age Limit: 35 Years

2. Assistant Registrar Legal (BPS-17) - Vacancy: 01

First Class LLB from a HEC recognized University OR 2nd Class LLB from HEC recognized University with 5 years experience in the relevant field in a University in BPS-16 or above Age Limit: 35 years

3. Assistant Treasures (BPS-17) - Vacancy: 01

First Class M.Com/MBA (Finance) from HEC recognized University OR 2nd Class M.Com/MBA (Finance) from HEC recognized University with 5 years experience in the relevant field in BPS-16 or above. Age Limit: 35 Years

4. Accounts Officer (BPS-17) - Vacancy : 01

First Class Master's Degree in Commerce/Statistics/Economics/Business Administration/Public Administration from HEC recognized University OR 2nd Class Master's Degree in Commerce/Statistics/Economics/Business Administration/Public Administration from HEC recognized University with 5 years experience in the relevant field in BPS-16 or above. Age Limit: 35 years

5. Assistant Director Planning and Development (BPS-17) - Vacancy: 01

First Class Master's Degree in Commerce/Statistics/Economics Business Administration/Public Administration from HEC recognized University OR 2nd Class Master's Degree in Commerce/Statistics/Economics/Business Administration/Public Adminsitration from HEC recognized University with 5 years experience in the relevant field in a University or Government Department in BPS-16 or above. Age Limit: 35 Years

6. Assistant Librarian (BPS-17) - Vacancy: 01

First Class Master's Degree in Library & Information Science from HEC recognized University OR 2nd Class Master Degree in Library & Information Science from HEC recognized University with 5 years experience in teh relevant field. Age Limit: 35 years

7. Assistant Director, Sports (BPS-17) - Vacancy: 01 

First Class Master's Degree in Physical Education from HEC recognized University OR 2nd Class Master's Degree in Physical Education from HEC recognized University with 3 years experience in the relevant field. Age Limit: 35 years

8. Assistant Controller of Examinations (BPS-17) - Vacancies: 02

First Class Master's Degree/LLB from HEC recognized Unviersity OR 2nd Class Master's Degree/LLB from HEC recognized University with 5 years Teaching/relevant experience in BPS-16 or above. Age Limit : 35 Years

First Class Masters' Degree/LLB OR 2nd Class Master's Degree/LLB with 5 years experience of Hstel Management in University. Age Limit: 35 Years

10. Stores Officer/Assistant Director Procurement (BPS-17) - Vacancy :01

First Class M.Com/MBA/Economics OR 2nd Class M.Com/MBA/Economics with 5 years experience in the relevant field in BPS-16 or above. Age Limit: 35 Years

11. Audit Officer(BPS-17) - Vacancy: 01

First Class M.Com/MBA/Economics OR 2nd Class M.Com/MBA/Economics with 5 years experience in the relevant field in BPS-16 or above. Age Limit: 35 Years

12. Assistant Director Works (Civil Engineer), BPS-17, Vacancy: 01

First Class B.Sc Engineering Degree (Civil) from a HEC recognized University OR 2nd Class B.Sc Engineering Degree (Civil) from a HEC recognized University with minimum 5 years experience in building and road works in Govt./Semi Govt. Organization in BPS-16 or above. Age Limit: 35 Years

13. Network Administrator (BPS-17), Vacancy: 01

First Class Master Degree in Computer Science from a HEC recognized University with 4 years experience in Computer Programming and Networking. Age Limit: 35 Years

14. Sub Engineer (BPS-11) - Vacancies: 02

Diploma of Associate Engineering in First Division with 3 years experience in the relevant field. Age Limit: 35 Years

Application form along-wtih a recent passport size photograph, attested copies of educational testimonails, experience certificates, a copy of National Card (NADRA) and a Bank draft/receipt (non-refundable application processing fee) of Rs.500/- each for the BPS-17 positions and Rs.500/- for BPS-11 in favour of the Treasurer, Bacha Khan Unviersity, Charsadda should rach the office of the Registrar, Bacha Khan University, Charsadda on or before June 24, 2013.

In-service candidates should apply through proper channel. They must submit No Objection Certificate from their concerned department/institution attached with the application form. Only short listed candidates fulfilling the prescribed qualifications and experience shall be called for interview.

No TA/DA will be given for attending the interview.

Incomplete applications and those received after due date shalt not be entertained.
