Head of Learning & Development - Karachi

Position: Head of Learning & Development - Karachi 
Experience: 12-15 years.
Location: Karachi Candidate should have experience of strategy & planning, Design, Development & Delivery and L&D Management. - Head of L&D will be responsible to shape the L&D function for the future and work closely on the OD project to support this. - 
The job of Head of L&D is both strategic and operational and will require the incumbent to take on both L&D activity as well as looking at the bigger picture. - 
With a team of L&D Advisors to manage, the main focus of the role will be to look at workforce planning - identifying current and future capabilities and devising and implementing initiatives to address those gaps; increasing management capability through leadership development; talent management and succession planning; strategy and planning; and be in a position to take the department from a standard L&D function to one that looks at all aspects of organisational capability Education: Masters/MBA Apply or refer potential candidates for above positions at: kamran.mustafa@primehr.com.pk and mention the position in subject line
