HR Officer - Dubai

We are looking for HR Officer who would be responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which also includes:

• Creating Job Descriptions and Preparing Advertisements,
• Short listing and Recruiting candidates for advertised job positions,
• Managing staff schedules (for in-house and off-shore employees),
• Managing Benefits for the staff and handling staff concerns via email/phone/chat.

Major work revolves around the following:
• Recruitment and Selection
• Employee Record Management
• Performance Appraisal
• Scheduling
• Benefits Administration

Skills Required:
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Good Team Player
• Maintains confidentiality
 
• Must be self directed and able to complete tasks with limited supervision.
