National Busines Line Manager - Karachi

Our client, one of the leading sales/distribution co. of Pakistan looking for "National Busines Line Manager" in Karachi. Education: Masters/MBA. Exp: 10-12 years.

Job Description: 

1. Develops departmental goals & KPIs in line with the Strategic Planning. 
2. Prepares & executes a budgeted Sales Plan for the Business Line. 
3. Ensures the development of sales strategies & action plans, & leads their implementation. 
4. Deploys optimal sales strategies in order to develop, negotiate & secure profitable progressive business with Principal(s). 
5. Critically reviews & analyzes key aspects of the business for corrective & preventive measures for the Business Line. 
6. Critically reviews & analyzes sales operations for improvements. 
7. Leads the budget planning of Business line & the close follow-up of the actual monthly expenses against the budget, & analyzes & directs preventive & corrective actions. 
8. Ensures that sales & revenue goals & objectives are met &/or exceeded. 
9. Works with HR to develop & implement innovative incentive programs which align individual & sales team compensation with goals & objectives of the business line. 
10. Ensures high level of customer satisfaction for the business line. 
11. Maintains an in depth understanding of the distribution industry & its members, regulators & service providers. 
12. Establishes & maintains a network of contacts, connections, & relationships within the industry. 
13. Detects complex problematic situation &, upon escalation, intervene to implement any required corrective measures. 
14. Represents & promotes the organization services at industry related business forums & events. 
15. Monitors market trends & changes in the regulations to ensure the evolution of current practices. 
16. Keeps close liaison with Supply Chain, Finance & other Departmental Managers to ensure smooth sales operations. 
17. Ensures compliance of company policies & SOPs.
