Human Resources Department
The responsibilities of incumbent will include but not limited to:
Oversee the design/review and application of HR policies. Ensure effective
management /development of HR strategies and policies in line with overall
business/strategic objectives.
Provide expert advice to the senior management and ensure management and
development of strategic HR areas and operations including planning and
development, acquisition, development & retention of talent; compensation
and benefits; performance and rewards management; and general services &
administration.
Lead training and development programs to nurture talent in line with
goals/objectives and also support oversight of SBP training institution.
Guide the line managers to maximize achievement of management objectives by
maintaining a conducive work environment through application of appropriate HR
initiatives.
Facilitate and foster a performance oriented culture in line with business
objectives and corporate governance principles by promoting openness and trust
through transparent HR processes.
Provide leadership to institutionalize a corporate culture based on highest
standards of professionalism and service orientation.
- Provide leadership to achieve compliance, institutional policies and manage a
congenial relationship with CBA.
- Maintain discipline and ensure compliance to prescribed rules and
regulations.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Masters degree in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline from HEC
recognized University or an equivalent degree from a reputable foreign
university. Candidates having additional professional
qualification/certifications will be preferred.
Age
Maximum 50 years, relaxation may be allowed in case of highly qualified and
more experienced candidates
Experience
Must have at least 20 years of post-qualification experience in managing HR
functions in large and prestigious organization, out of which at least 10 years
experience in senior management cadre.
Competencies
Strong management, analytical and organizational skills with exceptional track
record of HR strategy development and implementation; organization development;
business process re-engineering; planning and delivery of major organizational
and change management projects. Superior inter-personal & communication
skills and the ability to deliver under tight deadlines are must.
Compensation Package
Negotiated monetized salary within approved salary scale of OG-7, commensurate
with experience and qualifications of the candidate.

Staff Loans & other benefits, facilities and allowances as admissible under
New Compensation & Benefits Structure as per Bank's rules (For candidates
up to 50 years).
